- Websites – website design and maintenance become priorities during any change effort to minimize confusion and build alignment.
- Demonstrations – walkthroughs and videos to illustrate process, role and technology changes to make the new way of working less scary and more achievable.
Our approach to communications focuses on both listening and informing. Leveraging the latest insights from neuroscience. We tailor engagement and communications purposely to move people through the change process from awareness to comprehension, action, acceptance, and ultimately commitment. Communications are used to both clarify expectations and build foundational skills necessary to have successful training experiences.
